SUPPORT provided a safe, non-judgemental space for honest reflection, helping to build psychological safety, empathy, and resilience within teams.By encouraging open conversations about mental health and stress, the model offers a practical, sustainable approach to supporting those on the frontline—and to building a healthier, more connected policing workforce.About the speaker:Tegan is a lecturer in Policing, Criminology and Trauma-Informed Approaches. Tegan’s research interests include trauma-informed approaches, vicarious trauma and the justice system.
